In a few months the Indiana Holistic Health Network, The Center for Sustainable Living, Good Life Alternative, Reiki Peace and Wellness Arts and the Caldwell Center will host our 3rd annual fair and wellness expo. This year our event is “Simply Healthy: Creating Sustainable Communities” Simply Living Fair and Wellness Expo, November 14th and 15th, 2008 in the Unitarian Universalist Church, Bloomington, IN and will focus on Local Foods and Aging Well!
We anticipate another year of diverse and exciting presentations and vendors. This years Expo presents opportunities for the local food and wellness community to share knowledge and resources with the larger community, to explore and deepen our understandings of the complementary relationship of food to wellness. There will be opportunities to expand knowledge of what local food means to a sustainable community and how we can support successful development of a thriving local food economy. Connect with local food providers, learn about CSA's resources and more. Participate in wellness presentations from holistic therapist, service providers, and others, many featuring presentations directed toward various aspects of aging well. Knowledgeable and engaging Presenters and Vendors are coming from across Indiana, and many other areas.
This event is convened by The Indiana Holistic Health Network, a project of Green Dove Network, Inc, under the umbrella of the 501(c)3 Sustainable Living Center, Inc.,in cooperation with Reiki Peace and Wellness Arts, Local Food, Good Life Alternative, local Growers Guild, Caldwell Center, and others.
We hope you will join with us in our exploration into living and aging well in sustainable community.
